An accomplished attorney and senior manager with nearly 30 years of service in the Office for Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Education, Rosetta Hillary developed skills as a master troubleshooter and change agent. Addressing issues related to race, disability, age, and gender discrimination, Rosetta led both field office and headquarters staff in efforts to enforce Federal civil rights laws.
In August 2008, Rosetta established a consulting and coaching firm for executives and organizations designed to assist in troubleshooting, leadership development, increasing management capacity, and promoting overall life mastery. Rosetta brings 10 years of experience as an executive coach and personal coach to her new venture along with numerous other leadership and management skills that she acquired during her tenure with the Office for Civil Rights.
Role as President-Elect:
i. Must be a member of IPC, believe in the philosophy of IPC and be dedicated to those whom IPC has set forth in its mission to serve. ii. In the absence of the President, shall represent that office. iii. With the President, shall coordinate the activities of the Council. iv. Shall work in conjunction with the members of the Board to prepare annual objectives of IPC. v. Shall work with the President to coordinate all aspects of all meetings. vi. Shall work with the President to provide guidance and encourage participation of all members in the activities of the Council.
